Joey is the lead pastor of Belmont Assembly of God in Chicago, where he serves alongside his wife, Cicely, raising three amazing kids and pouring into their community with passion and purpose. He’s no stranger to SMYM—he’s family, and we’re thrilled to have him with us again!
Known for his high-energy preaching, powerful storytelling, and humor, Pastor Joey makes biblical truth come alive in a way that’s real, personal, and impactful. His messages challenge students to take bold steps in their faith and live fully surrendered to Jesus.

Dr. Paul Alexander
We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Paul Alexander as our Missions Speaker at Youth Convention 2025!
Dr. Paul serves as the President of Trinity Bible College & Graduate School, where he is raising up the next generation of servant leaders with a passion for missions, church planting, and caring for those in need.
He and his wife, Dr. Carol Alexander, have lived and ministered on four continents, leading churches in the UK, South Africa, and Australia, and training leaders in higher education around the world.
Get ready — Dr. Paul is bringing a powerful missions word that will challenge and inspire you to boldly follow Jesus wherever He leads!

Important Notes
🚫 There will be NO onsite registration. Registration closes November 20.
💰 No refunds after November 6 unless given special approval.
🍽️ Lunch is included with every registration.

📝 Release Forms – Forms will be sent to you later. Please print, have parents sign, and bring them with you to convention check-in.
**Registration cost covers the registration fee, lunch on Saturday, and other possible activities. You will be responsible for securing and paying for a hotel for your church / students.
1. Your students are encouraged to invite “unchurched” friends for FREE - NO Registration cost! “Unchurched” friends are any students who do not regularly attend church and are not saved. Please remember this does NOT include hotel expenses.
2. Each church is extended a free registration to the Sr. Pastor/Spouse and the Youth Leader/Spouse for this conference. This invitation is extended only to these four persons and cannot be applied to other sponsors/adults.

Hotel
Each church is responsible for securing their own hotel. We would suggest making reservations as early as possible.
There will be snack foods available for purchase on site after service on Friday night during late night activities. Lunch on Saturday will be provided by Evangel University and is included in registration fees.
